2003-10-16 - BumbleBee 1.0.1

Version 1.0.1 released with the following changes:

• Opened up the Adapter and AdapterException classes for easy third-party adapter authoring
• Modified the 2003-05/nist/Boolean.bee results to include <results> tags
• Modified the 2003-05/usecases/r/R.bee test so <avgbid> contents include a trailing .0 as per the Use Cases document
• Modified the 2003-05/usecases/sgml/report2.xml to remove its DOCTYPE reference to report.dtd, until such time as all adapters can support DTD loading
